6-Week Sketchbook Journey through Grief, Growth, and Expression
Sundays, July 13 - August 17
Turn your messy emotions into meaningful art.
A 6-week guided sketchbook journey to help you process grief, connect with your emotions, and reclaim your creative voice—one feeling at a time.

You’ve been carrying so much. Not the kind of grief people ask about.
The quiet kind. The unspoken kind.
The transitions, the tangled feelings, the in-between seasons with no name.
Maybe you’ve felt…
Numb, stuck, or creatively blocked
Like you have so much to process, but no real outlet for release
That journaling feels stale, and talking doesn’t always help
A desire to process your emotions in a creative way

Imagine if instead of bottling it up…you could make space for it. Give it color. Shape. Movement.
Imagine seeing your grief, your awe, your voice—held gently on the page.
Not to “fix” yourself. But to witness yourself. To feel more like you again.

🌀 The Emotional Journey We’ll Be On Together…
From tender awareness of loss → through transition and uncertainty → to reconnecting with wonder → discovering inner direction → and finally, confidently taking up space
By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll have…
✅ A completed Feelings Book full of meaningful, honest art
✅ A regular creative ritual to keep drawing through your emotions
✅ A sense of lightness and clarity from naming what’s been unspoken
✅ Renewed trust in your voice and confidence to express your feelings

This isn’t therapy.
It’s not about getting the drawing “right.”
And it’s definitely not about being an artist.
This is about slowing down, tuning inwards, and letting your feelings take shape—gently, honestly, and compassionately. You’ll be guided every step of the way.
No perfection, no pressure. Just presence.
Hi! I’m Rukmini Poddar, artist, author of Draw Your Feelings, and your facilitator for this 6-week journey of creative healing.
For nearly a decade, I’ve been using drawing as a means to process my emotions, navigate transitions, and learn more about myself. This series is the heart of that work—an invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and give shape to what’s often hard to name.
I believe creativity is a profound tool for self-discovery and healing—and I’m honored to help you draw your way back home to yourself.
